Explore the essentials of yoga & movement to care for your body as whole. Learn to align with life’s rhythm for an increased connection to yourself and the world around you. Incorporate earth, fire, water & air within your practice to find stability amongst life’s imbalances.


We’ll move through an hour long asana practice together to experience the elements. After a guided pranayama (breath) meditation we’ll discuss the practical applications of each element & it’s benefits. 


This is a all-levels 2 hour workshop / $25 investment
